What’s Included
Anchor Sessions is a three-session arc — each session has its own purpose, and each one delivers something useful on its own. If life gets in the way between sessions, you've still got something. That's by design.
Session 1 — Restore
Nervous system stabilisation and immediate relief.
We start here because nothing else works well when your system is braced. This session is about getting your body out of survival mode and giving you one or two regulation tools you can actually reach for — not tools that require perfect conditions. You leave with practical, immediate support and explicit permission to do less, not more.
Session 2 — Reset
Clearing internal load. Returning to baseline.
This session is about distinguishing exhaustion from misalignment — and figuring out what's actually draining you versus what matters. We work through what's sitting in your system, what you've been holding, and how to restore a sense of agency without adding urgency. You leave with language and tools to protect your current capacity.
Session 3 — Re-Orientation
Choice, not momentum.
The final session is not about planning your whole life. It's about helping you feel like you're choosing again, rather than reacting. We integrate what worked, trust what came up, and close the container cleanly — with zero pressure to continue. You leave with a felt sense of sufficiency and whatever comes next feeling genuinely optional.

About your coach
I'm Katie Crothers, a somatic and nervous system coach based in Perth, WA. I work primarily with neurodivergent people, overwhelmed high-load women, solo parents, and people living with chronic conditions — people whose nervous systems are running at capacity and who need practical, grounded support.
My work is rooted in somatic approaches and nervous system science, with a practical, real-life focus. I'm not here to tell you to meditate more or slow down. I'm here to help you build tools that work inside your actual life.
