Begin with restoration.

A 4-week small group space to stabilise, soften, and rebuild capacity.

You don’t need a perfect plan to start feeling better.

You need a few small, repeated anchors — the kind your system can actually hold.

Next cohort: TBC Late 2026

This is about helping you:

  • feel steadier in your body (even when life isn’t calm)

  • reduce the push–crash cycle and create a kinder baseline

  • rebuild capacity through small, repeatable supports

  • make rest practical — not abstract, not “another thing to do”

  • hear yourself again under the noise, pressure, and self-judgement

Who this is for

This series is perfect if you:

  • feel like you’re always catching up (even when you’re trying)

  • are functioning on the outside, but tired underneath

  • keep making “good plans” that your system can’t sustain

  • are in burnout recovery, chronic stress, or long-term overwhelm

  • want support that’s gentle, trauma-informed, and practical

  • are neurodivergent, sensitive, or simply… done with forcing

What’s included

1 — Weekly small group session (x4)

Live guided support, nervous-system–aware coaching, and simple next steps you can actually implement.

2 — A gentle weekly rhythm

Light structure for the week (without pressure). You’ll know what to focus on — and what to release.

3 — Practices + prompts between sessions

Short, optional supports to help you integrate — designed for low energy and real life.

4 — A small group that feels safe

You won’t be performing. You won’t be “behind.” You’ll be met where you are.

*If you’re looking for intense accountability, hustle energy, or a complete life overhaul — this won’t be the right fit.

Your experience

With Restore — Foundations, you will:

  • learn what “regulation” looks like for you (not in theory)

  • identify the patterns that drain you — and the supports that actually restore you

  • build a few simple anchors you can return to on hard days

  • shift from self-pressure to self-trust (without forced positivity)

  • leave with a calmer baseline and a clearer sense of “what next”

This isn’t about becoming a new person in four weeks.

It’s about creating enough steadiness that your next steps aren’t built on depletion.

FAQs

Here's what people usually want to know before they decide

Yes. Restore — Foundations is designed for people whose systems are already under load, not people who have it sorted. The program moves slowly on purpose, and there's no performance required inside the sessions. If joining feels like one thing too many right now, I trust you to know that. And if there's a part of you that's curious, that's worth listening to too.

The sessions are 90 minutes, held live online once a week for four weeks. Outside of that, I offer a small between-session experiment, something you can try in 5–10 minutes, if it suits your week. These are experiments, not homework. Nothing is marked, nothing is compulsory, and there is no catch-up culture here. If a week is flat, you show up and that's enough.

No. Restore — Foundations is for people whose systems are working hard in ways that aren't always visible or validated whether or not that's come with a diagnosis. If you're someone who runs hot, crashes hard, and wonders why rest doesn't seem to touch it, this program was built with you in mind. A label is not a prerequisite.

No, it's not, and it's important to be clear about that. Restore — Foundations is a psychoeducation and somatic practice program — it works with nervous system states, capacity, and rest, not with trauma processing or mental health treatment. Many participants also see a therapist, and this work sits alongside that well. If you're unsure whether this is the right kind of support for where you're at, reach out before enrolling.

All practices in this program are offered with multiple pathways. I don't assume everyone can close their eyes, follow a visualisation, or sit still — because that's not how all nervous systems work. In every session, I'll offer a movement-based option, a cognitive or awareness-based option, and a sensory option alongside anything guided. You choose what works for your body and your week. There's no right way to do this.

Restore — Foundations runs as a small group, deliberately. I cap numbers at 10 participants to keep it genuinely held, not managed. You'll have real space inside the sessions, not just a ticket to watch someone talk.

Sessions aren't recorded — this is a small, held group and people often share personally, so keeping it that way matters. If you miss a week, I'll share a brief written summary of the key framework and the between-session experiment so you're not lost. Showing up imperfectly is still showing up, and one missed session doesn't undo the work. You're always welcome to reach out if you need a bit of a catch-up before the next one.

Most wellbeing content is built for people with a surplus — a bit more time, a bit more capacity, a bit more belief that things can change. This program is built for people already running on a deficit. We're not building habits. We're doing 5% shifts, and the goal is stabilisation, not transformation. That's a different thing, and it matters.

I live and work on Borloo boodjar — the Country of the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation. This land was never ceded. It always was, and always will be, Noongar Country.

I acknowledge the Whadjuk people as the Traditional Custodians of this land and recognise their enduring spiritual and cultural connection to Country: to the land, the waters, and all living things.

I pay my respects to Whadjuk Elders past, present, and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
